Chris Rakers Funeral Arrangements

My brother Chris had been missing for a few weeks now and I just found out this afternoon that he passed away. He didn't have any life insurance or savings so we are in need of help for his funeral arrangements. He was only 48 years old and we were not expecting this horrible outcome.
