Chris Hawkins Hospital Copay

Chris Hawkins, project manager and friend to everyone here at LEAP agency, is undergoing a procedure to fix a laceration in his colon, leaving temporarily him out of work. 

Should Chris decide to go on short term disability, benefits would only cover a portion of his salary. With 5 kids to care for as well as an upcoming wedding, it would be amazing to help Chris out with the co-pay insurance would require for his stay in the hospital.
