All my life I have watched my grandparents live a life of sacrifice as they helped others. They have taken in friends, neighbors, children and grandchildren as well as foster children in their time of need and now they are in their most dire time of need.

Hurricane Florence flooded their home and most of their neighborhood as well. This is the third time they have had to rebuild their life due to flooding. We were able to move most of their belongings into a storage unit before the storm and flood came, but unfortunately their storage unit also flooded. The road ahead of them is long and painful and sadly it is also familiar. The money raised from this platform will be used to for food, cleaning supplies and living expenses until the flood water recedes and they are able to return to their home.
