Stephanie Neuner Post Car Accident

Donation protected
Hello & Happy New Year. As most of you know, Stephanie was involved in a horrific four car accident on Saturday, December 30, 2017 in Levittown. She was on her way home with her close friend, Alex Lorusso. A vehicle ran a red light striking Alex’s pick up truck, causing it to flip multiple times and eventually catching on fire. The driver got out of his car and fled from the scene of the accident. Thankfully two young men saw the aftermath and ran to the scene to pull Stephanie and Alex out seconds before the entire car engulfed in flames. These two young men are hero’s, we are truly grateful for them. We owe them more than we could ever give them.

Stephanie was rushed to a local hospital and admitted to ICU. She has currently undergone only one of many surgeries she will need. Her next surgery for her ankle, as well as her collar bone is scheduled for Friday the 5th. In addition to her foot, ankle and collar bone injuries, she has suffered a minor brain bleed and broken ribs. It will take some time but with a lot of rest and intensive rehab we know that she will make a full recovery and be back on her feet.

As many of you know Stephanie, is an amazing and loving young woman. She is an athlete, as well as a full time Psychology student. This coming semester is her senior semester as a college athlete that she unfortunately will he missing out on. Stephanie also takes pride in her job as a behavioral therapist. Her passion for life and her infectious personality will help her persevere through this tough time.

As we know even in a tragic accident, life still goes on and so do the school loans she’ll have to pay back. She has a long road ahead of her with rehabilitation and recovery. At this time, it is uncertain when Stephanie will be able to return to work. All we want is for Steph to focus on her health and get back to being the same lively and loving person we all know her as. We don’t want her worrying about the monetary things in life. We know Steph would do anything for anyone, and we are asking for your support. Continue to keep her and Alex in your thoughts and prayers, thank you.
