We are raising funds to help support Jessi, Cillian (3), and Rowan (1) after the tragic passing of their dear Dustin Hobgood. Dustin was a loving husband, father, Marine Corps veteran, and Purple Heart recipient. Thank you for honoring Dustin and supporting Jessica and their beautiful boys during this difficult time.

Anyone that knows Jessi knows she dreamed of a life as a loving wife and mother, and those dreams came true when she met Dustin–a Marine vet and Purple Heart recipient. They married and had two beautiful boys, Cillian and Rowan. But in March 2021, everything changed. Dustin was diagnosed with igA nephropathy, a chronic autoimmune kidney disease. His case was aggressive and was considered a stage 5 kidney failure/end-stage renal failure.

He began chemotherapy to suppress his immune system, but he needed a new kidney, and unfortunately, one did not come in time. Dustin passed away this past weekend.

From the moment Dustin fell ill, Jessi was heroic in caring for him as well as her young boys. More importantly, Jessi would have cared for Dustin for the rest of her days if she could have, so we are asking for your help to take care of her and her boys.

No amount of money will lessen Jessi’s grief or that of her children, but their greatest challenges still lay ahead financially. We started this GoFundme page to reduce Jessi’s burden in Dustin’s absence. Please keep Jessica Roberts Hobgood, Cillian and Rowan in your prayers and thank you for considering to help take care of them as she would do for anyone in a second.
