Chop it off for DementiaUK

I am sharon doyle and i am braving the shave to raise money for DementiaUK, my mum Gillian passed away in 2016, after watching her slowly deteriorate from dementia i have come to understand how hard it is for them suffering with the disease and how it affects the families around them but charities like these really do make a difference and i try to do my part to donate towards the charity here and there but now i have decided to do something big ! In order to raise money for the charity i have made the decision to shave off my hair....
As i am 'experienced' and have grey hair i will unfortunately not be able to donate my hair as originally intended however i can try to sell my hair and use that money towards any money raised.
On October 1st in llanedeyrn primary school we will be holding a community day where there will be cakes, tea and treats for sale and to watch the cutting and shaving of the hair around 4pm with a help from the headmaster himself.
Anyone who can join us would be hugely appreciated and if you cant join us for the main event then you can donate directly through here, i will post the video of the event and keep you all updated.
