Student Ambassador travel project

I am Chloe, an 8th grader in Madison, WI. I have been selected to be a Student Ambassador for the People to People program this coming summer by going on their Mediterranean traditions program for 19 days.
The program has been building global relationships for over 50 years throughout the world and I want to be part of that future. Going on this journey will allow me to meet people from Spain, France and Italy and learn about their language, culture and traditions. This international travel will help me develop my cultural intelligence by educating me through real world experience.
History is my favorite subject in school and I am looking forward to seeing the many famous sites I have read about which are part of this supervised and well organized trip.
As a photographer I will be documenting the trip and sharing photos through social media sites while I am there. When I return home I will continue to display and have on-line my favorite photos (and comments), so other teens will be able to share in the amazing experiences I am sure to have.
Please help me raise the funds needed for this educational and life changing journey. I know it will help allow me to become a better citizen of the world.
