Chloe's Heart Disease Campaign

Beautiful little Chloe has been diagnosed with heart disease as a result of an illness called Kawasaki. Chloe has coronary arteritis and is among the 10 to 20 percent of children that develop heart disease from Kawasaki. Chloe will need constant care over her lifetime. She needs cardio (heart) appointments every fortnight along with needing multiple medications daily. As this was very unexpected and came on very quickly, Chloe's family now need to cover medical costs. Please donate and help little Chloe and her family! Any little bit helps and is much appreciated!!
