CHILDREN IN SHELTERS AND FOSTER CARE

Hi my name is M.E. Rich and I am a local author. I am a children and adolescent mental health advocate. All of my books have been rated highly by social workers, therapists, teachers and parents. I have recently had much interest in my books from many shelters in the US and also Foster Care in many areas. This book along with my book My Sunshine Space is specifically for children in helping them cope with negative emotions, focus and find joy where ever they are. F.A.I.T.H. (Free to be Aware In Thought from the Heart) Book of Expressions has been viewed by many therapists and social workers as a work that covers various areas of importance in a young person's life. It does encourage them to shift in their thought patterns allowing them to explore what makes them unique. The ability to inst9ll kindness and build confidence are significant in a young person's life. Young clients often struggle to see past the negative. This book pushes them, in a helpful gentle way, to see from the brighter perspective. Many love the reminders that encourages gratefulness and mindfulness.

MY SUNSHINE SPACE

Is viewed as perfect for children who may be struggling emotionally. It is engaging and animated to help kinds use their imagination to identify their own SUNSHINE SPACE no matter where they are. It is practical and can be realistically implemented within any situation. It helps navigate the tricky world of emotions.

THE MONEY FROM THIS FUNDRAISER WILL GO TOWARDS SUPPLYING BOOKS TO THE CHILDREN THAT MOST NEED LOVE AND ENCOURAGEMENT. It will also pay for the translation of MY SUNSHINE SPACE INTO SPANISH.
