Hi! I'm Nim, 40+ years ago I was born in a very small village in northeastern Thailand called Baan Phonngam, (“Baan” means village in English). I grew up and graduated 6th grade at the elementary school in that village and it remains very dear to my heart. There were around a 100 students at that time, and now Baan Phonngam elementary school has 140 students including kindergarten. Baan Phonngam is a small village far away from big cities and the local economy is very depressed. I want to share the story of this school and draw attention to the fact that the elementary school is very much in need of funds for repairs. These improvements around the campus would enhance the learning environment for these wonderful children. The government does not allocate sufficient funding for the school to make needed repairs. The school needs your help and together we can make a difference in these children’s lives and give them a school they can be proud of and restore hope in their hearts.

Project # 1 : Add new toilet for pre-school children and finish up lunch room.
Budget:$4000 They have 40 children we need 2
rooms.
Project #2 : Build new toilet for kindergarten 1-2
Budget:$5000 They have 50 children we need 3
rooms.
Project #3 : School fence
Budget : $5,000
For kids safety and to protect their garden from the cows.
Project # 4 : Replace old playground equipment.
Budget : $3,000 (2 sets)
Project 5 : Computer for ages 7-12.
Budget : $3,000 (6 sets include internet set up and router access)
Support young kids learn new technology.
