Chief Tommy DeWitt's Medical Expenses

This quote involves two things that not many people can say that they have done. For Assistant Chief Tommy DeWitt, he has.

 

Tommy is a community hero. He has faithfully and selflessly served for the Plover Fire/EMS Department for 16 years. He has saved lives, property, and protected the community in which he resides. He has rallied around the people of this community, and has been a light to many in their dark days. Now, he needs his community to rally for him and be his light.

 

On 12/27, Tommy was taken to Mayo Clinic in Eau Claire and placed on a ventilator to help him fight Covid. A day or so later, his condition deteriorated, and he was flown via helicopter to Mayo Clinic Rochester to be placed on ECMO, in hopes to have that machine help Tommy’s body fight this illness. He remains in critical condition, and he and his family can use all your prayers.

 

In hopes to take some financial pressure off of his wonderful family, we have created this page for an opportunity for the community that Tommy so selflessly serves to be able to help him in his time of need.
