Angela's Medical Expenses

As many of you know Angela celebrated her first year as a small business owner with a well earned vacation out of state where she managed to break her arm while hiking.
Unfortunately her Health Insurance does not cover her out of state. Her medical bill just for the ER is $1500 ( but only if it is paid within 30 days / otherwise it will be $3000 ) plus an unknown amount for the ride in the ambulance -luckily she refused the Medi-vac helicopter and instead hiked down a mountain with 12 firemen by her side.
On top of the out of state medical costs, once she came back to Lexington she had to undergo surgery, which she will owe even more money for - whatever isn't covered by her insurance.
Her recovery time will probably be 6 weeks during which time she will not be able to work which means she will have zero income.
