Chester Kobylinski Amputation Fund

My dear uncle, Chester Kobylinski, suddenly and unexpectedly had to have his leg amputated 3 months ago. For those of you who are not familiar with him, he had a major heart attack in his 30's and, until this day, deals with congestive heart failure. He has been disabled to work since his 30's due to this. As years have gone by, he has suffered a stroke and kidney failure more than once and is insulin dependent diabetes. His leg being amputated has been the most recent. The doctors have told him he may loose his other leg as well. With all this and numerous other obstacles he has faced/faces, he always carries a smile on his face. He is a true fighter.  The picture I used explains exactly the kind of person he is :)


I am reaching out to my friends, family, friends of friends to please help me in raising money to make his home safe for him, help pay his medical bills and medicines he is struggling to pay along with daily necessities.


For those of you that know him, know he is a true angle. Someone who ALWAYS puts a smile on your face. For those of you who do not know him, he would capture your heart and you would fall in love.


I know times are tough for all of us, but anything anyone can do would be greatly appreciated.
