Help Cheryl Fight Cancer

Donation protected
Cheryl Stitt is a cancer survivor. 8-months ago she was diagnosed with the most agressive form of late stage breast and lymph node cancer. She underwent intense chemo treatment followed by surgery and radiation. Cheryl was recently given the great news that her cancer was in full remission. What amazing news, and just before the holidays! However shortly after that, Cheryl began getting bad headaches. A CT scan later revealed that the headaches were being caused by multiple brain tumors and that she needed to undergo intense radiation immediately. She is currently going through these treatments which, along with all of the heavy doses of medication, have left her very weak. It breaks our heart to see our friend like this.

For those of you that are lucky enough to know Cheryl you know what a kind, loving, caring human being she is. You know the most important thing in the world to her is her husband Ron and her children Tyler and Alexis. She is also fiercely devoted to her work with the YMCA, ironically being an essential part of their Livestrong program long before her own cancer diagnosis. Additionally she developed an exercise program helping those with MS (something she was diagnosed with in 2006), and is vital to the successful execution of multiple running and triathlon events around Texas and Alaska bringing her enthusiasm and support to so many athletes over the past decade.

Cheryl, and the Stitts, have, in a short time, impacted more people than they could possibly imagine. Cheryl is a selfless fighter that beat cancer once and can kick it's ass a second time in less than a year!

I'm setting up this GoFundeMe account to help her and her family, finacially, with anything they may need as she continues to fight this horrible disease. Hopefully we can get enough assistance collected so that they don't have to endure the worry and stress that come with mounting treatment bills and other costs that add up during a time like this. Please help by giving anything you can. If you cannot give we ask that you share this page and her story. We also ask that you do whatever you beleive in to help her (prayer, postive energy, healing thoughts, etc.). Thank you for your help, I know I speak for the Stitts when I say you are greatly loved and appreciated.
