Cherie Hoersting

On March 31, on her birthday, Cherie was traveling to the hotel from her son's basketball game in Nixon, NV, when she was in a single car collision with a free range animal. Lauren and Manese, two teenage relatives, were in the vehicle but were unharmed. Cherie suffered a torn aorta and had emergency open heart surgery after being air-lifted to Renown Hospital. She is currently in intensive care after surgery, but will have an extended recovery period. If you know Cherie, you know that she is a dedicated single mother who would do anything for her son Andruw, her friends or her loved ones.
