#CHEFNAU @Orange Beach WFC2017

Chef Chris Nau is once again travelling 3,000 miles across North America on November 1st to reach The World Food Championship held in Orange Beach, Alabama. He will be competing in the World Chef Challenge, returning as a finalist from last year where he placed overall second in the World Chef Challenge Division.

Contributions and donations to this GoFundMe will be used to assist in travel expenses, including lodging, in route to and while at the competition. Additionally, all ingredients used for the competitive entries are to be covered by Chef Nau, so your donations are truly the lifeblood of this fundraiser.

The competition details...

Chef Nau will compete in the first round on November 8th, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. Competitors in the Chef Challenge Division will make two dishes that morning; paella and a chef's choice signature dish will determine the top ten chefs in the division. Top ten competitors will then cook an "infusion dish " using cream cheese in a creative way.

The highest scoring competitor in this round will then continue to the "Final Table", where ten separate divisions converge to fight and cook in a final round to find World Food Champion that will win a cash prize of $100,000.
