Please meet our brother, Chef T.
Chef T has over 20 years of cooking experience. He began his career working for corporations that include: Pizza Hut, Johnny Rockets, Hyatt Hotel, Bludso's BBQ, Hambones BBQ, Wowo's Smoking Hot BBQ & Catering and Crenshaw Live Bar & Grill. In 2018, after dedicating his time and craft to benefit others, he made the decision to fully pursue his passion to own his own restaurant.
Chef T has always had a passion for cooking. When he was a little boy he would surprise his mother with pancakes and strawberries for a Mother’s Day breakfast; and you could always find him hanging out with his grandmother while she cooked in the kitchen.
Chef T is efficient at preparing and plating foods in fast-paced kitchens. Chef T Raw Kitchen is currently based in Compton, CA and specializes in foods and cuisines infused with his own So Cal & Southern flavor. His customers LOVE his food and appreciate his raw talent and personality. He signifies himself by creating one-of-a kind dishes that are pleasing to the taste and a masterpiece to behold. He calls them "ANOTHABADDCRE8TION”.
Chef T has the heart of a philanthropist and cares about those in need. He regularly feeds those affected by food insecurities and he takes the time to cook, package and deliver meals to the homeless.
We love our brother and together we, his sisters, have decided to put together a Go Fund Me page to help him raise money for a Food Truck to gift him on Father's Day. Chef T is a hard worker with a huge following that loves him and his cooking. His dream is to own and operate his own restaurant one day but for now a Food Truck would help him reach that goal. Help us bring him to a city near you.
