Cheeto's Vet Care Fund

A dog now known as Cheeto has been running lose in a wooded area in Wamba for around 3 weeks. Miraculously he has been able to survive with a cheese ball container covering his entire HEAD!  Over the past weeks, volunteers have attempted to catch him with no luck. A dedicated group struck out and literalty tracked him through this wooded area.  Today they were able to catch him and cut the plastic container from his head. He is now in Texarkana Animal League's care at Pleasant Grove Animal Hospital ready to begin the journey to a new healthy life. He will need to be monitored for some time and once healthy enough he will be neutered and treated for heartworms.
