Checotah Band trailer and Color Guard equipment

The Checotah Band trailer was stolen over Easter weekend along with over $15,000 worth of color guard equipment including a show speaker. We are raising money to replace/benefit Checotah Band Boosters, and any donation will help make an impact replacing the equipment stolen. The trailer is used to haul equipment for both the Checotah Band, Color Guard, and Winter Guard programs.

The trailer was parked for the Easter weekend after the showcase put on by the winter guard teams. All the winter guard equipment, uniforms, props, and extras were in that trailer waiting to be unloaded Monday. The hardest part of the story is that many of the rifles, sabres, and uniforms were the students personal items that many do not have the money to replace.
