Chase's Brain Surgery

My son Chase just had his 3rd brain surgery for a rare condition called Chiari Malformation. I have had to take unpaid leave from work to care for him. He is doing well after surgery but continues to have vision issues and frequent headaches. I am struggling to take care of our living expenses since I have been off work since the beginning of Sept. Any and all help will be appreciated. I am truley grateful for all of my loving friends and family!!
