Chase Ur Dream

Chase Ur Dream is a non-profit organization created to provide support to families of children whom have experienced the loss of a limb and give them the tools
to adapt to their new “normal”.

This is how Chase Ur Dream was started...

While on a family vacation to Disney World in October of 2013, our son Chase was stricken with a near deadly strand of the flu which sent him into septic shock. He was hospitalized at the Florida Hospital of Children for nearly a month. Within that month Chase underwent emergency brain surgery before being airlifted to The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. During his illness, Chase developed necrosis which led to amputations of both feet and hands.

The loss of his limbs have not slowed Chase down one bit! And what’s a super hero without a sidekick? CJ, his older brother, plays a major role in encouraging Chase to attempt new challenges and problem solve when he may be struggling. Chase’s determination, huge personality, and fighting spirit won’t stop him from doing the things he enjoys most.  We continue to be amazed by him everyday!

As parents, we are determined to make sure that Chase never losses his drive to succeed, and ensure that limits are never imposed on his true potential. With this idea in mind, Chase Ur Dream was created to encourage and support children, as well as their families, who have experienced limb loss to continue to dream big and never lose their determination to strive for their goals!
