Chase McMillen Medical Help

Hi, we are raising funds for Chase McMillen to help with his medical expenses. Chase was in a bad motorcycle accident on Sunday December 10th in Martinsburg OH. He suffered a fractured pelvis, fractured hip, and 4 broken ribs. Chase spent several days and nights at Grant medical center in Columbus OH before being released to finally come home. This will be a long road to recovery and the expenses for therapy and medical supplies will be taxing.

We are asking for donations that will all be sent directly to Chase to help during this difficult time. If you know Chase you already know he would give anyone the shirt off his back in their time of need. Let's show him the same support!! He is currently in good spirits but again, this will be a long recovery.
