Henry Chase Kohlmeyer's Prosthetic

As some of you know, my soon-to-be brother-in-law, Henry 'Chase' Kohlmeyer was in a terrible car accident.

On Tuesday, August 22, his life changed forever. Chase was life-flighted to St. Johns hospital due to severe leg trauma. The trauma resulted in the amputation of his left leg just below the knee. 

Chase has had two surgeries and is currently in the ICU. He along with his fiancé, Cameron, and his family and friends are in high hopes for his recovery. During this long road to recovery, all donations we recieve will go toward a prosthesis and other medical bills.
