Chase Hill- Medical expenses & Trip to Disney

Chase Hill is currently 9 years old and in the 4th grade.  Last year he was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and walking has become increasingly difficult for him.
He was recently fitted for a transport chair.  Money raised will help with medical costs and Chase's birthday wish in January. 
To still be able to walk and enjoy the rides at Disneyland.
