Chase Dreams Scholarship

My name is Marvin Parker a recording artist from Norfolk, Virginia. I recently created a scholarship to help one current student from my high school Alma mater (Norview)  attend college. Growing up with a passion to create i realized how hard it was and currently is  to receive support while pursuing  an artistic career. So my goal is to raise 2,000 dollars for a student that's heading to college to pursue a career in fashion , music, or art. The youth are our future, and it's  our duty to help the next innovator make his/her make on the world. 


The First recipient will be a Norview high school senior class of 2020.
