Charming's Medical Expenses

"Charming" was brought in today 9/26/17 to Barren River Animal Welfare Association by animal control of Glasgow, KY. This sweet baby has been severely mistreated. He's going to need major medical attention. Please help this sweet baby get the medical attention he needs to get better. All funds raised will be placed in a 2nd Chance Fund, any money raised in excess of what is needed for Charming's medical will remain in the fund for future animals in serious need of medical treatment outside of basic care.
