Meet Charm ❤️
Charm is 2 years old and is actually from the Philippines. Many have been following her story for a little while now. The health care system is certainly not at the same level it is in other countries and yet she’s fighting the type of cancer that has high rate of recurring. She was diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma at just 22 months old. The doctor told her mom at diagnosis to pray for a miracle
Charm and her family need our help to continue the potentially life saving treatments she has been receiving. So far she has completed 4 rounds of chemo and surgery that was only successful at removing 70% of the tumor in her abdomen. She also has tumors on her skull/lining of her brain. She just finished her radiation treatment for a total of 18days. Her protocol is 2 more rounds of chemo. A lot of you know that if she was in the United States her protocol would include other treatments that are not offered in the Philippines.
When charm was first diagnosed they couldn’t even start treatment right away because all treatments must be paid out of pocket and her family was unable to afford it. Her family has tried to rally around her and even sold their property to pay for treatments but it is not enough.
Please consider donating but if you are unable then please share.
