Charlie's Kidney Transplant

My 7 year old Daughter Charlie has stage 5 Kidney failure and will need a kidney transplant currently her kidneys function at less the 10%. Charlie was born at 26 weeks and only weighed 1lb 10oz and has had a extremely long journey and still has much more ahead of her to go through. She has been in and out of the hospital her whole life but through all this she remains happy, caring, and a positive warrior!
