Charlie Magri's Start Up Fund
Donation protected
As you may of heard of late my Dad, Charlie Magri, former W.B.C, European and British flyweight Champion has fallen on hard times with his recent interview in the Sunday People revealing this (link below). I am trying my upmost to get Dad back on his feet and back to something he knows and loves best… Boxing.
We have had an overwhelming positive reaction from the public wanting to help and make sure his talent and skills are not wasted in the boxing world.
We have decided to start a funding page to kick start things, and to give people a chance to help and give something back to this great boxing legend, my dad, who gave so much fulfilment, entertainment and was an inspiration in peoples lives, and still inspiring to this day.
Putting him back on top where he belongs and deserves.
My Dad has always been a very proud man, and its took a lot of hard work and courage for him to take this route, as he feels like nobody owes him anything.
Hopefully this could be the start of something that a lot of people have been waiting for, a local gym for the people, fronted by Charlie Magri, offering his skills and passing on his knowledge, and you, the people, can be proud that you helped to put a world champion back on top again.
So it doesnt matter how small your donation, we are just grateful for your support for a former World Champion.
