Charlie Lamb Needs Your Help

In March 2017, Charlie Lamb was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lymphoma. As one can imagine, it is almost impossible to prepare for such news. Charlie is the sole provider for his family.  It can take several months to years for Charlie to recover from this illness.  This condition will impose a large financial issue on Charlie and his family unless they receive help. 

Charlie is a perfect example of integrity, loyalty, honesty, and is one of the hardest working people you will ever meet.  He is not only known for devotion to his wife and four children, but to the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office.  He is always the first person to lend a hand or help someone in need.  He is a loving father and is extremely active in their lives, sports, and education. 

Charlie Lamb is a longtime member of Humboldt County and Deputy Sheriff for the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office. 

Charlie grew a desire to seek employment where he could be impactful in people’s lives. Throughout his life, he had always had the desire to help others; therefore in 2001 he accepted a position, as a Correctional Officer, with the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office. 

As a Correctional Officer, Charles excelled.  He was quickly recognized for his ability to lead and his compassion for others.  In 2005, Charlie was promoted to Deputy Sheriff.  A position he proudly holds today. During this time, he has had a positive impact in the community personally and professionally.
