“What can I do to help support your wonderful staff at this time?” We've been asked that a lot since St. Louis City & County ordered restaurants to shut down during the COVID-19 crisis, which affected both our On the Hill & Hollywood Casino locations. It is the staff who are in every day at the crack of dawn making bread, cakes, pasta and toasted ravioli. It is the staff who bring our family recipes to life every day in our kitchens. It is the staff that makes your birthdays and anniversary celebrations, and often, your engagements special. This has been an uncertain and difficult time for each and every one of them.
