Charity to the poor affected by flood in Vietnam

I am a Vietnamese who has been funded by Irish Aid to go to Ireland for learning knowledge to help Vietnam.
Currently, my homeland, Quang Tri Province, is severely affected by the protracted raining which is causing flood over a large scale of the province. Residences are now being rescued gradually but leaving their home, assets, livestocks and agriculture livelihood behind. They majorly earn money through agriculture and raising chicken, cow or pigs. Now everything have been destroyed and replaced by water. 
I hope to receive your kind donation, even a penny in Europe could give a meal for  a family in my community.
Having a chance studying in a developed country, I realize my country is still at a very difficult stages, and at this emergency time, I hope to do something for my community back home.
