Charity Bike Ride 2024
Tax deductible
Hi all, I am raising funds for JPC Community Farm a charity which is close to my heart, by completing a 7 hour bike ride from High Force in the Pennines to Croft Racing Circuit. After riding the 40 miles through the Pennines I will be completing as many laps of the race track as possible in a 3 hour time slot, after which the event ‘Smiles for Miles’ will begin on the 25th of May and I would be very grateful if you could donate to this small but essential charity and make it an even better place for attendees who benefit from its existence.
JPC Community Farm is a local registered charity established in April 2017 by former Police Officer Paul Connaughton and his wife Julie. As parents of James Paul Connaughton, after whom the charity is named, they identified a considerable local need for improved provision for people with disabilities and other complex needs. Together they have considerable lived experience of the needs and challenges facing people with disabilities, including those with learning and physical disabilities as well as other complex needs.
All funds raised will go towards improving the facilities at site with a focus on building brand new animal shelters for the additional animals which will be arriving this summer. Having the animal therapy on the premises will deliver a further enhanced experience and help those that attend the facility. Thanks in advance for your generosity.
