Hello, my name is Christine Hare,I have been battling with PKD (Polycystic Kidney Disease) since 2008 and am now in ESRD (End Stage Renal Disease). I am currently on Peritoneal  Dialysis  for 12 hours each night to keep me alive.My family and I have lived in Homer Glen for 19 years and I am reaching out to friends & neighbors for donations while we go through these tough times.  Every month I have over 50 boxes of supplies delivered for life sustaining dialysis treatments that I administer to myself nightly for 12 hours.  I am still working and keeping positive with the support of family & friends .
