Help the Trinity College Chapel Singers raise money for a tour in Venice, Italy! Donations of any size are much appreciated.
The Trinity College Chapel Singers is the oldest student-run organization at Trinity College. Established in 1824, the group is committed to providing outstanding performances of choral music in our historic College Chapel and beyond. Previous Chapel Singers tours have included, England, Italy, Canada, Argentina, the USVI and San Francisco. Our 20 members represent the diversity of the Trinity community – actors, athletes, baristas, dancers, Presidential Scholars, and many more – all of whom come from a wide variety of academic majors and disciplines.
The Chapel Singers spend the week before Commencement preparing to sing for the Baccalaureate Service during the weekend ceremonies, in service to our College community. Our goal for May 2017 is to perform in Italy, based in Venice. We hope to perform with the Venice Music Project Orchestra, among other venues.
Any funds raised over the $5,000 goal will be put toward future Chapel Music endeavors.
