Changing a house for Handicap Accessible

One of my Coworkers Nephews  was caught in this blast and has burns over 80% of his body and has lost both feet. He is trying to convert his house to be handicap accessible  to allow him to come home from the hospital and live with him as he is the only surviving relative.  he is trying to build a handicap ramp, shower and enlarging his entry way to allow for wheel chair access. His co workers are trying to help him with our engineering expertise but we need money for permits and materials.
