Chain Reactions Pilot Episode

Hello, everyone!
Welcome to the GoFundMe campaign to finance the pilot/proof of concept for the new web series, Chain Reactions! Whether you are in a STEM industry, or the TV industry, or neither, WE ARE SUPER EXCITED YOU ARE HERE! We are all set to film our pilot mid-April, and we need your help to do it.
The series, Chain Reactions, follows two female STEM majors at a prestigious university. Keisha and Jamie navigate college life and the patriarchy with humor and heart. Their lives are documented by Kenny, Keisha's younger brother, who is a freshman filmmaker, so the series will be filmed mock-umentary style a la Parks and Rec or The Office. The goal of this series is to point out the sexism and racism that still exists for women in science even from the very beginning of their careers.
Now that you know what we're about, let's move on to how you can help. We need money. (Obviously, or we wouldn't be here.) Our producers, Business Lunch Productions , are putting together an amazing crew to film, edit, and everything in between. (We promise Alana will not do the editing.) This money will go directly to our immediate production costs so that we can make the pilot look as kick-ass as possible.
