Chad's Medical Bills

Chad was a healthy man until September 2017, when he became ill with a virus. Unfortunately this was just the beginning. After 5 ER visits, 4 Patient Firsts and 3 primary care appointments, he was diagnosed with eosinophillic esophagus, pancreatitis and a kidney stone. Chad is still suffering from symptoms and has been out of work for 2 months. The health bills are piling up.
