This GoFundMe campaign is dedicated to Chad's cause "My Unspoken Truth" and the betterment of his two sons - Brantley Lyric (3 yrs old) and Maddox Hurley (9 yrs old) who survive him.

Chad's legacy will live on both through his children and by way of "My Unspoken Truth" - A charity foundation concieved by Chad himself. Thi
s program is dedicated to the improvement of addiction resources and the conversations that must be had to improve addiction awareness in the USA & around the world.

The funds raised by
his campaign will be split up into three parts...

* 1/3rd will be provided to Brantley and held in a trust for his immediate family.

* 1/3rd will be provided to Maddox and will also be held in a trust for his immediate family.

* The final 1/3rd will promote the development of Chad's charitable foundation. This money will be invested in ways to promote the betterment of addiction awarenes.

"My Unspoken Truth" is a place where people can vent about their life struggles. This is a place where no judgements are made on anyone in any form. And people are welcome to speak openly as themselves or
by way of anonymity.
