Please Read, Help and Pray! Some of you may or may not have know but Chad was admitted to Galion Hospital early Wednesday morning December 20th with Severe Pancreatitis due to elevated triglycerides and is in Diabetic Ketoacidosis. He was transferred to ICU and then transferred to Dublin Methodist ICU Thursday night.   As you know all these diagnoses are very serious and often life threatening but our Chad is a fighter. His kidneys started shutting down but my last update they were "slowly" improving. Chad is an amazing guy and has help many of his family members, friends, co-worker, and his community unselfishly (I know he's coached many of our kids too) so I started this Collection for Chad & Dawn to help with any bills that will come in, while Chad is hospitalized and off work, travel expenses for Dawn and kids and then of course the CRAZY medical bills that are to come and we all know how that goes.  Let's pay it forward and HELP two people that always help and support our community and our kids!
