Chad Coffman - Heart Failure

Dear Friends,
Chad Coffman is a life long friend to many of us and holds a special place in our hearts. He is a wonderful father to Chad Jr. and a loving husband to his wife April, currently residing in Flint Michigan.
Chad became a father later in life, which is ironic, because he was put on this earth to have a family. His namesake is the most magical and smart little boy who completely adores his father. For the last 5 years, Chad has devoted all of his time to nurturing, guiding, and instilling values in his son. April and little Chad are the loves of his life, his family means everything to him.
Chad has battled health problems for the last few years, but now finds himself in the fight for his life. Unfortunately, his circumstances have become very challenging, as he has been diagnosed with congestive heart failure with a very unfavorable outlook in the short term. For those of you who know Chad, his heart is very big and pure, he is a person that cares deeply for his friends and family. He is currently in the intensive care unit at McLaren Hospital where he is receiving around the clock care.
I am coordinating this gofund campaign on behalf of his family to help with medical expenses given he has limited health insurance coverage and his wife works for a local grocer without paid leave. Every day she has to take off work is a burden for the family, in addition to unexpected medical bills. They live modestly and do not ask for support, but as a life long friend, I ask for your compassion and generosity as we help his family through a very challenging time.
