Let me begin by saying that posting this is the most humbling thing that I've ever done. but our family is in a crisis and where else to turn but family and friends?
For those that know us pretty well you understand my medical situation. I have had numerous cath lab procedures and have 11 stents. I have undergone 2 multiple bypass procedures in the last 2 years. I've had a TIA and a pacemaker implanted.
I lost my full-time employment late last year. I'm not able to share intimate details, as I wish I could, because I signed a privacy agreement with my previous employer. Suffice to say I felt I was unfairly terminated after 7 years of dedication and service.
Jeannie and I are raising two young boys with special needs. Jackson in particular is a lot to manage, both emotionally with his behavior and financially due to the services required.
As a result of the situations and our circumstances, we have amassed a significant amount of debt that we are struggling to repay. I'm certain there are probably many more worthwhile causes that you would be concerned with and focused on. I can only tell you as a man, and a father and a husband that our family needs help and I'm willing to swallow my pride and ask for it before we sink.
If this makes you uncomfortable I apologize. There is no expectation or ill feelings toward any of you if you are not willing or able to help us in this moment.
