Help Henry Get Home
On Saturday 8th May 2021, Henry's Mum Marina suddenly passed away back home in the UK. Due to the pandemic he hasn't been able to see his mum for two years. Marina's world revolved around her son and she was so proud of Henry for following his dreams to start a life in Australia and ultimately she wanted to join him here.
All Henry wants is to say goodbye to his mum. Henry, as her only child needs some assistance with the costs associated with getting him home from Australia to say goodbye.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, flight costs to return home to the UK are in excess of $5,000. Additionally, Henry will need to pay for 2 weeks quarantine upon returning to Perth (which is $2520) and will need some help with funeral costs.
Henry intends to fly back to Manchester on 18th May for two weeks to organise her affairs.
Anybody that knows Henry will know how selfless he has been over the past few years in his fundraising efforts for various charities. At this difficult time, we would appreciate any support that can be offered.
Henry’s fiancé Katie is organising this fundraiser and the funds will be spent paying for the flight which is $9000 and contributing to the hotel quarantine.
