Jack's ACL Surgery Fund

Dear Friends,
As many of you know, my closest buddy in the world is my dog, Jack. If you've ever met him, you know that he is one of the sweetest, gentlest and loving dogs ever. So it's very sad that Jack unfortunately tore his ACL earlier this week while playing at the doggie beach.
After a visit to the vet for an examination, it was confirmed that he has a full tear to the ACL and will require surgury to get him back to normal. Left untreated it will cause lameness in the affected rear leg and, ultimately, chronic irreversible degenerative joint changes. I'm still learning what the procedure entails, but my initial understanding is that it's pretty complex, and unfortunately, pretty expensive too.
This is also very unfortunate timing, as I'm in a transitionary point in my career (studying to certify in a new technical field) and don't have a current stream of income. Jack is going to have his surgery once I can schedule it with the doctor, but any contribution you can afford would be tremendously appreciated. Even if you're unable to make a monetary contribution, simply sharing this page would be very much appreciated as well.
