Cesar's ( pipiri's road to recover)

This is the story of Cesar's road to recovery. Cesar's Journey started when he decided to quit drinking. Due to alcohol withdrawals cesar had a seizure in the middle of the night . Which ended him In emergency department , March 11th 2018. As soon as Cesar had mention to them that he was trying to quit drinking and a result of that was a seizure they immediately put him in the ICU everything was going well Sunday evening but later that night hallucinations got the better of him .They ended up heavily sedated him. Then all the complications started happening while he was sedated he was not able to breathe on his own which led to him being intubated for the following two  weeks.. During these two weeks of him being intubated he got pneumonia had infections throughout his body low blood pressure and much more. But the biggest concern that they had for him was liver failure, alcoholic hepatitis is what the Doctors said it is. Cesar's breathing tube was removed March 23rd he was very confused but remained alert day by day he's getting better he still has a long road to recovery as right now they are telling us it could be possible kidney failure alongside with liver failure, They're hoping that Cesar new lifestyle choices will help his body turn around and heal itself , so we can avoid any transplants there's going to be a lot of follow-up care to make sure we are taking the steps in the right direction. Family and friends and everybody that knows him we remain hopeful we are not going to lose our hope everybody that knows Cesar knows that he has a big heart ,  We need Cesar to get back on his feet so he could go back home , and continue being the most wonderful step dad and boyfriend  and friend. We will be 5 weeks in the hospital April 15
