Rosie (Rosa) Vega earned her wings this morning, November 15, 2017 at 7:57 am. She affected many different peoples lives in so many ways. Rosie was very caring, loving and stubborn in her love for family and close friends. We are raising money for her cremation and memorial service, anything will help the family during this hard time.
