Celebrating Bruce Velthouse

In late August of this year our dad, Bruce, was unexpectedly diagnosed with terminal cancer. When we found out, it had already spread from his lungs to his spine, liver and throughout his bones. In just two months it has progressed to the point he has lost his ability to walk and perform daily personal care. Hospice is now on service and has advised us to start making funeral arrangements and to prepare to say goodbye to our Dad. 

This has been very unexpected, he is only 58 years old and none of us were prepared for this incredible loss nor were we prepared for medical and funeral service expenses. 

To all who know our Dad, you know that he has spent his life building lasting friendships, working hard as a brick mason, and loving his big family including his five children and his many friends and extended family. He has always worked to provide for everyone he loves.

As we prepare to say goodbye to our dad in the little time he has left we, as a family, are reaching out for help to meet this final need.  We would be forever grateful of any blessings you are able to contribute to help us cover the cost of services to celebrate our dads life.
