Celebrate Maricar's Life: Funeral Fund

Maricar “Ikay” was the most loving and caring to the people who were around her. She was an extraordinary woman whose life memory will live on through the people she loved throughout her years. But most of us know Maricar as the most generous person and would give all her might to help anyone in need.

With a heavy heart, Maricar Salazar-Galsim lost her battle against cancer and joined our creator on April 15, 2025. She left behind her beloved husband, Jesse, and daughter, Bea. In November 2019, she was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, and Maricar fought so fiercely but remained faithful to our creator.

I was granted permission by her family to raise funds for the funeral expenses. All monetary donations will go towards her funeral expenses. No donation is too small and will be greatly appreciated.
