Help save Jazzy get life saving test

Hello everyone. I want to start this off by saying i’ve never been the type of person to ask anyone for anything, especially money, however my best friend of over 13 years needs me now more than ever.
Jazzy was adopted January 18th 2006. It was a cold night and I was excited to get a pet mouse for my 10th birthday and in a twist of what I believe to be fate every animal in the pet store was on quarantine. We left and came across a small shop with puppies in the window and there we met Jazzy, a cute corgi that looks like an oversized orange hamster. Ever since then, she has been my brothers and I’s best friend. From running around the cul-de-sac to snuggles and kisses when we needed them most.
Today we took Jazzy in for a appointment about a nose bleed and were told to rush her to the animal ER. After an hour drive away and 7 hours of sitting in the parking lot and almost $2k in bills we were given the news Jazzy has cancer and possible Cushings disease. The testing needed to get just the diagnosis and other cancer tests was too expensive for me to afford, even with my emergency savings. She still needs surgery to remove two tumors and there is a possibility of needing to amputate her front leg.
I know Jazzy is an old dog but she still has the same spark and sassy attitude she had all her life. She may only have 1-3 years left once she is diagnosed but I just want those last few years to be pain free as any pet owner would.
