Charlotte's surgery fund

I am a professional pianist and teacher. Over the past year I have noticed that my hands were going numb.  I was diagnosed with carpal tunel, which I know can be surgically fixed.   After many tests and physical therapy it was decided surgery IS necessary in both of my hands, as nothing else has helped.  I am having difficulty playing now.  The thing that is troubling are the medical bills.  My insurance through the school I work for is the lowest plan, as I can not afford better and it doesn't cover much.  My bills are piling up and I just got the bill for the doctor and surgery center which they want IN FULL before the surgery.  I do not have credit cards as I can not afford them.  The medical center will not accept a paymet plan.   I play for my living and if I can't play, I can not make that living. I love my job accompanying for middle school and high school students, so  I ask with a full heart of gratitude for help with these medical bills.
